The room itself was fairly quiet and extremely spacious with comfy bed and had essentials I needed. There was lots of savoury meals.

I came here for 2 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was quiet, it had unbeatable location adjacent to the main streets in Paphos as well as the bus stop.

Excellent hotel near a bus stop. Fairly quiet and reasonably spacious room with lovely sunsets, quiet atmosphere. Paid £ 20.

Overall had such wonderful stay for laid back vacation. In general the staff were COURTEOUS and excellent. The location was good and the free parking was onsite. Fast food restaurant Pita Gigas was located 15 minutes walk away.

Located in a prime area, Kyriakos Court is perfectly situated close to numerous beautiful beaches, including the popular Venus Beach. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making transportation easy. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and always ready to provide any information or assistance needed.

There is an issue with noise from the neighboring daycare center, which can be disruptive, especially for those seeking a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The host was really nice and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and sunny. Close to the beach, Lidl, and bus stop. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. The balcony was spacious and not overlooked by other apartments. The whole apartment was very roomy and had a large and spacious kitchen area.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The noise from the main road right by the hotel was quite loud throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Our stay at this apartment in Paphos was excellent! We definitely got great value for our money, with a fully equipped apartment that had everything we needed, including a fantastic sea view from the spacious balcony. The location was perfect, with a nearby supermarket and the beach within walking distance. The administrator was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We received a warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine and water as a gift. we highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Paphos.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, it would be great if there were a few more options to choose from.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for light sleepers. Close to the seaside and surrounded by cafes and bars. Supermarket conveniently located nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning mountain view. the terrace was a great addition, and the fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, oven, microwave. the cleanliness of the apartment was top, notch, and the location was perfect, with shops and the beach within easy reach. I'd like to give a special shout, out to Mr Kyriakos for his attentive service, which made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Kyriakos Court for a wonderful stay in Paphos!
